8:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.: Full-day tour of Kuranda; includes lunch, English-speaking guide and transportation.
     • 9 a.m.: Pickup from the hotel and transfer to the train station.
     • Board a heritage train car for a 1-way ride through Barron Gorge National Park via the Kuranda Scenic Railway.
     • Stop at Kuranda, the “village in the rainforest.”
     • Board a 6-person gondola for a 1-way ride across the rainforest canopy via the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway.
     • Stop at Red Peak Station for a guided boardwalk tour.
     • Stop at Barron Falls Station for scenic sightseeing, historical displays and a visit to the Rainforest Interpretation Centre.
     • Enjoy a 2-course lunch at Frogs restaurant.
     • Visit Tjapukai Cultural Park and learn about the region’s aboriginal culture.
